Applying for an LEI is easy. Complete the online registration form with your company details, review and confirm the information and submit your application. We will process your application once payment has been received. Once verified, the LEI will be issued.
If we cannot verify the company details from the registry, you need to provide supporting documents. These must include the entity’s name, authorized persons, legal address, and creation date. We will contact you if additional documentation is required for verification.
You will need to provide details about your parent company during the application process. This includes the name and address of the parent entity, the date the relationship was first established, the accounting period covered by the latest consolidated annual report, and proof of consolidation.
In most cases, we can provide the LEI within 24 hours if the company does not have a parent entity. However, if your company has a parent, the data validation process may take longer to complete.
The LEI code can be applied by the legal representative of the company. If the applicant is not the legal representative, we will require a document authorizing them to apply on behalf of the company.
